Returns and Recalls
Product Recall Notice
Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc., (BabySleepSafe.net) takes the safety of your family seriously. If a component of an Every Baby Sleeps Safe kit is subject to a recall, we will notify the Ohio Department of Children and Youth directly and post recall details, including:

The specific product, model, or lot/batch number affected

A description of the safety issue

Dates of sale and where the product was sold

What to do if you own the affected product (stop use, return, repair, or replacement)
If your kit is affected by a recall:

Stop using the affected item immediately

Check your product's model/lot number against the recall notice

Contact us to arrange a free return, repair, or replacement

We will cover return shipping costs for recalled items
You can also check current recalls on children's products through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at cpsc.gov.

Eligibility

Returns of portable Playards are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

All other items: If another item in the Every Baby Sleeps Safe Kits is damaged, please contact us.
